Instructions
Preheat the Grill

Prepare the Dry Rub
In a mixing bowl, combine:
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp black pepper
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Apply the Rub
Generously apply the dry rub to both sides of the baby back ribs, ensuring they are well-coated.
Cook the Ribs
Place the ribs on the grill grates, bone side down.
Cook for about 5 hours.
Every hour, spritz the ribs with apple juice to keep them moist.
Add BBQ Sauce
In the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce.
Rest and Serve
Once cooked, remove the ribs from the grill.
Let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Serve with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding a splash of apple cider vinegar to the spritzing liquid.
Letting the ribs rest is crucial to keep them juicy.
